About tony D.

Dallas A. Frazier, known across the gospel and indie music industries as Tony D., continues to break new ground as a musician, producer, radio host, and media executive. A native of Brooklyn and raised in Hollis, NY, Tony D. has spent decades cultivating his unique sound and building platforms to support independent artists across the globe.
Starting his musical journey at age 11, Tony D. was inspired by Gospel, R&B, and Hip Hop music—and guided by his cousin’s example as a quartet bass player. Influenced by bass legends like Wayman Tisdale, Marcus Miller, and Victor Wooten, Tony D. developed a signature sound that blends Gospel, Smooth Jazz, Pop, and Neo Soul, all anchored by rich basslines and orchestral string elements.
In 2015, Tony D. officially stepped into music production, creating original music for radio commercials. This venture blossomed into a full-fledged career in music production, fueled by inspiration from legendary producer Quincy Jones and his ability to create intricate, layered soundscapes.
Today, Tony D. is the Founder of CSE Media Group, an independent artist development company, and Owner of WCSE Radio and Co-Owner of CSTAGE Radio, both of which serve the Augusta, GA area with gospel music and community-focused programming. CSTAGE Radio also reaches audiences worldwide through its global internet platform.
Tony D. is perhaps best known as the host and founder of the syndicated radio show “The New Artist Profile”, which has been airing for over 20 years and is now broadcast on more than 40 stations across the U.S. and abroad. The show was created to spotlight hidden indie talent and remains a vital platform for emerging gospel and inspirational artists.
In addition to his broadcasting work, Tony D. serves as Operations Manager at WEZO Classy 1230 AM in Augusta, GA and is the author of Lyrics to Limelight: A Guide to Success in the Music Industry—a resource for aspiring musicians navigating the music business.
With a deep love for Neo Soul, Tony D. hopes to collaborate with artists such as Norman Brown, Jill Scott, Ledisi, Lalah Hathaway, October London, and Dwele in future projects.
“I created The New Artist Profile to give hidden gem artists a global platform,” says Tony D. “Twenty years later, that mission hasn’t changed—it’s only grown stronger.”
